I’m based in Darwen and work across West Lancashire, South Ribble, Blackburn, and the surrounding areas. With over 30 years of experience in understanding human behavior and the motivations behind it, I offer clients deep insight into restoring balance and promoting lasting change.

Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with mental health teams across the North West, supporting a wide age range — from children as young as five to young adults, adults, and seniors. My academic background includes studies in Educational Psychology, Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Reiki (as a Master Teacher), and Herbal Medicine.

I strongly believe in the value of natural healing and self-care. While I fully respect medical advice from healthcare professionals, my focus is on complementary, non-physical therapies that support emotional, mental, and energetic well-being.

In my clinic, each client is individually assessed. I draw on decades of training and practice across various therapeutic disciplines to create tailored therapy plans designed to meet unique needs. This integrated approach has proven invaluable in helping clients gain clarity, strength, and the tools for healing.

I actively participate in ongoing supervision and professional development to stay up to date with new and evolving treatment approaches.
