    I’m based in Darwen and work across West Lancashire, South Ribble, Blackburn, and the surrounding areas.

With over 30 years’ experience in understanding human behaviour and what truly motivates people, I help clients restore balance, gain clarity, and create lasting positive change.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with mental health teams across the North West, supporting people of all ages — from children as young as five through to young adults, adults, and seniors.

I also regularly take part in ongoing supervision and professional development, ensuring my work stays current, ethical, and effective.
