  I live in Darwen and work within West Lancashire, South Ribble, Blackburn and Darwen areas.

Having 25 years of experience in dealing with behaviour and understanding why people do the things they do. I have a good understanding on how to make things right again.  
  I have worked with mental health teams across the North West and I continue to work with a vast age range from adults young and not "so" old to children from the age of 5. I have also studied Educational Psychology, Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Effective Psychotherapy with CBT, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) REIKI Master Teacher  and  a Master Herbalist to boot, spreading the word of self healing. All these help me to enhance any treament I do within my practice, work and within the crafts and classes I do and hold.

  When assessing a client I call on years of study and experience in most major therapeutic skills to best suit my clients needs and plan an effective course of therapy tailored to each individual.  This combination of skills has become a very effective tool to help me help you, with better understanding and resources to steer you on the right road to recovery. 
   I also attend regular supervision meetings to keep me up to date along with new and ongoing treatments available.

   I am a Member of the NCP (National Council of Psychotherapists) also a Registered Member of the CNHC (Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council) and registered with Hypnotherapy directory and Psychotherapy dierectory.  I have an enhanced DBS which allows me to work with children and vulnerable adults too.
